Here’s how we’ll clean your carpet:
#1: Pre-test your carpet to determine the best method of cleaning. Most carpet manufacturers recommend truck-mounted hot water extraction (aka steam cleaning), but we are experienced in all methods of carpet cleaning. If your carpet needs Dry Cleaning, we can do that too.
#2: Pre-vacuum with a commercial vacuum. Before we start any cleaning process, we do thorough vacuuming with a powerful commercial vacuum.
#3: Pre-spotting. Soda spills, wine spills, coffee spills, urine stains, grease, oil, gum, wax, crayon, marker, and other troubled spots are pre-treated before cleaning. High traffic lanes are also pre-treated to dislodge stuck in soils.
#4: Pre-grooming. After pre-spotting, all high-traffic lanes are agitated with our counter-rotating brush (CRB) machine. This helps to lift up carpet fibers and make sure that all pre-spotting begins to work before the cleaning.
#5: Rinsing and extraction. Next, we’ll rinse your carpet with hot water from our truck mounted machine. This $45,000 truck mounted system extracts the dirty water into a holding tank in our van. If you prefer dry cleaning, we have this as an option as well.
#6: Extra dry pass extraction. To ensure the quickest drying, we do extra dry passes over the carpet to extract as much moisture and dirty soil as possible. Many carpet cleaning companies don’t take the time to do this extra step that makes all the difference.
#7: Raking your carpet. When we are finished, we rake the carpet. This helps to aid the drying process, as well, leaves the carpet in a uniform, beautiful pattern.
