Here’s how we safely clean your tile and grout:
#1: Pre-test your tile to determine the best method of cleaning. In most cases, we use high pressure, hot water extraction process. If our pretest determines that your tile is not safe for this type of cleaning, we have other options available.
#2: Pre-vacuum or sweeping. Before we start, we do a dry soil extraction over the tiled areas.
#3: Pre-spotting. Most tile and grout has stuck in grease and oils from cooking and foot traffic. We apply cleaners to dislodge these soils before cleaning.
#4: Pre-grooming. After pre-spotting, all treated areas are agitated with a brush. This helps to dislodge any soils before the cleaning takes place.
#5: Rinse and extraction. Your tile and grout are rinsed with high pressured, hot water to remove soils, grease, oils, and dirt. The moisture is extracted into a holding tank in our truck mounted machine outside of your home or building leaving no mess inside.
